She was 19 when she decided to leave university and pursue acting. She's appeared in numerous series and short films. After appearing in the series Stranger Things and The Originals she made a breakthrough in the role of Sarah Cameron in the series Outer Banks. Madelyn Cline is from South Carolina. She was born in Goose Creek, near Charleston. Cline is the child of Mark Cline and Pam Cline. Her father is a system engineer working with water. Her mother works as a real estate agent. Maddie"Madlyn" is the nickname she has for her. She began modeling when she was just 10. Her summers were spent in New York where she worked for print advertisements and television commercials for companies like T-mobile Next and Sunny D. She was included on the magazine's cover.
