Marilu Henner shows us what a woman can achieve with both the energy and knowledge gained from being a teenager. So it's not surprising that she has earned her the title Perpetual Motion. Marilu Henner's entire life is an evidence of the strength of her health-focused approach. She believes that when you're in good health you can do it all. But it wasn't always that way. She was an yoyo dieter in her teens, and was watching her weight rise. Emotional eating caused her to be sick and unwell most times. Following the deaths of both parents, to death at 50-her father due to cardiac arrest and her mother because of arthritis complications-she decided she would be in charge of her well-being. The focus was not on diets, but about finding the most effective way to improve the function of our bodies.
