Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience began at 14 years old. In addition to BJJ training as well, she was also trained in boxing, wrestling and kickboxing. At age 18 years old, Ladd had her amateur debut at WCFC. Ladd took advantage of this win and then went on to a three-fight win streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents within the first round in each fight. Ladd returned to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was able to hand Aspen a unanimous defeat and was able to outclass her, tarnishing Ladd's professional career. Ladd won her next match in a fight with Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in 2015. She signed up with Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta Fc 11 was her first fight. She dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the fight in the first round via TKO. Invicta Fighter Championships 16. She won her next bout with Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen's dazzling wrestling ability was able to take down McGill as she was able to end her fight in the third round with a TKO (elbows and punches). Aspen was then in a fight with Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, at the catchweight (138.1lb) As Ladd did not have enough weight. Despite this, Aspen was able to beat Hoy. She finished her via TKO in the second-round. In her last fight for this promotion, Ladd beat Sijara Eubanks via an unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC at UFC Fight Night 118, with a bout against Lina Langsberg. She dominated Lina through ground-and-pound and won the TKO round at the end of the 2nd. In her next fight, she overcame Tonya Evinger with a more stunning victory. Ladd finished Evinger during the first round, and was awarded an outstanding performance bonus. Ladd fought in her debut big fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Vs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. The two fighters had one of the most competitive fights that Ladd won by unanimous decision. Both fighters received an award called the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie took 16 seconds to stop Ladd and her streak. Yana Knitskaya fell in the 3rd round at UFC 7 at ESPN. For a rematch she took on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight ended in a unanimous verdict.
